I'm sorry but you just don't get it. You are probably the only legitimate person in Mesh Plc. They consistently, waste people's time and money with poor customer support, they ignore trading standards laws and they refuse to communicate with customers. These are facts, they may not happen every time someone buys something from Mesh other wise they would have no customers now. But it does happen and while they have good quality computers at a decent price, that it no reason to ignore all of their other faults.
