Hi wmike,

What is reasonable or not is subjective, and cannot immediately assumed to be whatever you yourself believe to be correct.

If you feel aggrieved by any part of the warrenty or lack thereof I would suggest you contact our Customer Services department to discuss the matter further.

Unfortunately whilst I can recommend that you consider replacing the hard drive in your system I cannot offer to do so under the warranty, sorry.
