Default Expected response

Well - no surprises there then.

So 18 months and a £1000 purchase is needing a new hard disk. Frankly, this is not on.

Your response is entirely expected.

No matter - I will take the following action:

1. Write to Trading Standards with my complaint. Your equipment is not fit for purpose under the Trade Descriptions Act - 18 months falls woefully short of what is reasonable to expect the life of expensive computer equipment to be.

2. Write to all publications that carry your adverts or recommend your machines - I will actively encourage readers to steer clear of Mesh.

3. My son is a technology journalist- he will write about this and his readership can form their own view of the risk of purchasing a Mesh computer.

That should probably lose you some potential customers. Well deserved (all for the price of a hard disk and some customer service).
