In order for Mesh Computers to offer you the most efficient support we will need to access information regarding your PC and it's configuration.

To help us in this regard it has been made possible for you to enter your unique order number into your forum profile.

When one of our support team reads a post requesting help from you, they can easily access information relevant to the hardware and services you have purchased, and their reply is then more likely to resolve your query within the first reply.

If you have not already done so, please enter your order number into your profile using the "User CP" option at the top of this screen (although you might want to read all of this before you click). The page that appears will have a menu down the left hand side. Click on "Edit Profile" and scroll right to the bottom of the page. Once there you will see the "Mesh Computer Serial Number" box. Enter your serial number there (usually starts with SO_ followed by 4/5 digits) and then click the "Save Changes" button.
