Talking where do i get a side cover?

i have read on this forum about people making their own perspex side panels, what i want to know is where can i BUY one for a coolermaster Mystique wave case? i have seen u can get the complete case with a clear side window, but are they available from MESH or anyone else on their own? been to the coolermaster site and they say u can get them, but all the sites they link to dont sell em! i really really really really want one, so does anyone make them for sale or know where they can be found?

Sorry, I can't help with a retailer but why not try emailing Coolermaster direct and ask them where you can get one. Explain that you have been unable to purchase from any of their recommended stockists. Have you tried speaking to the sites listed by coolermaster? They may be able to supply the side panels even if they are not listed on their standard stock list.

You could ask them if this panel would fit...: - Kustom PCS

Granted it hasn't got the catch, but it does have the screw holes on the back, and if they say it would fit you could use their Modding Service to sort out a window in it for you...

I found that going this route would be expensive, this is the main reason why I made my own using just Perspex, it does the same job and looks just as good, plus if you decide you fancy a change of design later, you've not lost much money and it won't cost you much to make another design...

They also sell pre-cut Acrylic Panels, but for the price you could get a sheet double the size from your local Hardware store...

Give it a go, you'll be suprised just how easy it is...

Cool, thanks for that, I'd not found that before...

As for the LEDs they have, not sure where they'd stick them, might be worth popping them an e-mail about them...

just got the mystique windowed panel back from coolermaster and put it on. ver cool looking, but i have found a couple of probs with it. firstly my system is now running about 5 deg c hotter than when the metal side was fitted, this could be due to the fact that the 2 side vents the metal panel had are replaced by 1 120mm size vent in the clear window. i think this has cut the ventilation slightly! not sure if the plastic window material also traps the heat inside more than the metal did as well! secondly, the old panel took an 80mm fan in the top side vent above the processor cooler fan, the new one needs an 120mm one. wish they said that on the coolermaster site. im getting a new 120mm fan for it so hopefully this will lower the temp again. will post when i sort it out!
