The card the engineer replace (one only not both a sindicated), as now also died

Hi bill11uk,

If the new card in the same slot has now failed this may be an indication of more than a video card failure.

It would be best if we took a look at the system in our workshop I feel.

I've gone ahead and raised the paperwork for the return so you should receive a returns label and letter in the next day or so. Post here or call our Customer Service line to arrange the collection.

I've used the same address and contact details from the onsite. Please let me know if this is incorrect and I'll update the details.
