Graphic card upgrade

Hi
Having recently purchased the Mesh Elite Q4 Desktop Quad Core i want to upgrade the graphics card to another Nvida card. I have at the moment the 8400 GS 256MB DVI-HDTV-TV Out.
I want to upgrade it to the Nvidia 9800GT SLI 512MB DDR3 TV-OUT/DVI PCI-Express.My Motherboard is an Asus P5N-E SLI PCI Express.
