How to replace the chassis fan

Ok I admit defeat!

I need to replace the chassis fan and I've got a new one to put in but I've nearly dismantled the whole case but I cannot work out how to remove the floppy drive/memory card reader housing inside the case to slip the fan upwards and out.

I know you're going to say its really easy and I'll feel humiliated but please do so and put me out of my misery!

It's a brushed aluminium atx midi tower (the desktop was\is the Titan X1900)
