My machine is now with Mesh but I've not heard anything yet, I'll update this thread with the solution when I receive it.

i too have experienced a problem with my desktop not booting- when i switch on it takes 5-10 mins to get to the windows login page. it takes this long even when accessing the boot menu or BIOS. i followed all the advice suggested by Tech support- the repair disk 'found no errors to repair'-- i have now returned the base to Mesh for them to diagnose the problem

Had a call this evening to say mine was on it's way back home, the guy who phoned was from despatch and didn't know what the problem was. Hoping there's some info in the return box because this problem had me well and truly stumped.

Hi zab,

It looks like it was an issue with the motherboard BIOS.

colp, you have a different motherboard installed so not likely to the same issue. Could you start your own thread for your problem and provide any additional information you may have?
