Helpdesk registration problem

I'm finding it impossible to register for the Mesh Helpdesk.

Registration originally failed with this message:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/technical/newuser.asp, line 14

Now if I try to log on, I get:

You have not activated your account. This is the email address
you have entered. If you did not receive your activation email, you can
check your email address, and send the email again by pressing OK.

Pressing OK gives the same error message as before.

weblogin@meshcomputers.com has been ignoring my requests for resolution of this issue for a whole week now.

Hi HotShot,

The best suggestion I can give is that you refer to my reply to your email on the 25th at which point I advised you that we were experiencing difficulties and that you should call our support team.
