A.1. Delivery Information

When you place your order for a new MESH Computer you are asked for your email address which is then used to keep you updated regarding your order's status.

When the order is first created the following email is sent out to automatically;

Dear MESH Customer
Thank you for placing your order with MESH Computers. The UKs No.1 award winning PC company.

Your order is currently being manufactured and configured as per your specification.

We aim to deliver your order usually within 21 days (unless otherwise specified) subject to cleared and authorised funds. If you have chosen to pay by debit/credit card, please remember that we can only deliver to the card holders address.

As soon as your order is ready for despatch you will receive an email confirmation ( to the email address that you supplied at the time of order) that will contain all the information regarding the delivery.

Once the system has been built and fully tested, it enters the despatch phase which triggers a second automatic email seen below;

Dear xxxx

We are pleased to inform you that order SO_xxxxx is in the process of being despatched.
Despatch will commence: xx/xx/xxxx

Once your order has been despatched you will be able to track your order online by visiting Consignment Tracking and inputting your tracking (consignment) number xxxxxxxxxxxx.

This tracking facility will only be available for you to use 12 hours after the despatch date

The purpose of this email is to inform you that the delivery of your system is near, as well as provide you with the means to track it during it's journey. There's confirmation of your order number and the date it is to be despatched from our production facility, as well as your consignment number for the tracking and a link to the track facility.

Finally there is a number for our Customer Support department here so if you have any other queries you can contact a member of our staff for further help.


Common Queries;

• When will i get my delivery I placed my order 12 days ago?
  
  We aim to fulfil all orders within 21 days of the order being accepted although in the majority of these cases despatch occurs a lot sooner than this. We will not know the final despatch date until production is complete and all tests past. At that point the PC will enter the despatch phase and you receive the second of the two emails above.

• Will I be notified when I am getting my order?
  
  You will receive the second of the two emails above informing you that despatch of your system is imminent.

• What are the delivery times?
  
  Our courier can deliver at any time between 08:00 and 18:00 unless specific arrangements have been made. Unfortunately a couriers daily route is calculated depending on deliveries due to be made that day and given other factors that affect delivery time it is not possible to provide a specific delivery time, sorry.
